Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician (W-2 Employee)

Kay's Compartments Cleaning (KCC) is hiring reliable W-2 Cleaning Technicians for residential and commercial cleaning throughout Cypress, Katy, Tomball, Spring, and the Greater Houston area. We provide structured training, consistent scheduling, and a supportive team environment. This is a W-2 employee position (not independent contracting).

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial cleaning services (offices, homes, apts)
Follow standardized KCC cleaning checklists and procedures
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces
Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces
Maintain professional communication with clients and team
Follow quality control standards, including photo documentation when required

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old
Valid Texas driver's license required
Reliable personal vehicle required
Proof of valid auto insurance required
Must pass a background check
Smartphone with reliable internet access required
Ability to communicate professionally in English
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active during shifts
Must be dependable, punctual, and coachable

Schedule & Availability

Primarily Monday–Friday daytime shifts
Some night and weekend availability may be required
Minimum 20 hours/week availability required
Consistent weekly scheduling provided
